  • 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice

  • 1/2 cup honey

  • 4 cups cold water

  • 1 tsp ashwagandha powder

  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries

  • Ice cubes

Combine the lemon juice, honey, and cold water in a pitcher. Stir well until the honey is completely dissolved. Add the ashwagandha powder and stir well. Add the frozen raspberries and stir again. Serve chilled over ice.

In a blender, combine the kale, cucumber, celery, lemon juice, mint leaves, sea salt, cayenne pepper, jalapeño pepper, honey, and water. Blend on high speed until smooth. Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve or nut milk bag to remove any pulp. Pour the strained juice into glasses filled with ice. Serve immediately and enjoy!


Note: Adjust the amount of jalapeño and honey according to your taste preferences. If you want the drink to be spicier, you can add more jalapeño, or leave the seeds in.


Turmeric Golden Milk with Cardamom

  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 tsp turmeric powder

  • 1 tsp cardamom

  • 1 tsp honey

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

In a small saucepan, whisk together the almond milk, turmeric, cardamom, honey, and vanilla. Heat the mixture over medium heat until fully combined and heated through. Pour into a mug and enjoy.
